They are dedicated to helping its customers deliver high-quality health care by reducing costs, streamlining processes, and improving the quality of care and patient safety. They provide IT services to all arms of the the client’s family of companies. MIS is headquartered in Alpharetta, GA.

• Client Relationship Overview: DISYS has a direct relationship with the Information Systems department. DISYS has made a strong impression in Clinical Services as a strong supplier of PMs and ICs. We compete with only a few firms for this business.

Engagement Details:

• Business Need: Our client has a suite of clinical products referred to as Horizon. Horizon has various modules that support the expansion of the of the client’s capabilities around each module. Community Health Systems is implementing Horizon applications include radiology, lab and orders at the multiple facilities.



• Project Objectives: The client was implementing HMM (Horizon Medicine Management) module to hospital clients and required outside SI support in implementing these HMM modules to take the applications live at the hospital client sites.



• Solution Approach: DISYS managed the end to end implementation of Horizon Meds Manager. Our consultants built customized tables and interfaces, provided support, and provided database queries for the hospital client.
