- Client Relationship Overview: DISYS has been a valuable partner to the client since early 2006, providing expertise in network infrastructure, application development, and leading the clients Scum methodology adoption effort.
Engagement Details:
- Business Need: The client needed to standardize the sales processes across all lines of business, improve customer relationships and retention, and increase profitability and revenues. Salesforce.com's SFA application was chosen, and will be the key component in the client’s CRM Roadmap.
- Project Objectives:
- Complete full implementation of Salesforce.com in 24 months
- Communicate to the user community with phased rollout of SFA tool - Los Angeles market area first, then Enterprise wide later in 2010 and 2011.
- Solution Approach: DISYS consultants worked in roles of Project Manager and lead in technology operations. Total team size will flex as demand for particular tasks at various times during the project will dictate. Ramp had to be rapid, with the full team in place within 3-4 weeks. Prism methodology with associated Scrums will be utilized throughout the project. Release One will concentrate on the Los Angeles market area and associated corporate administrations, with three phases for integrations and data conversions covered within Release One. Target go live for R1 is Q2 (May) 2010.
