- Client Relationship Overview: DISYS has been providing consulting services to the client in support of their Information Systems and Global Services (IS&GS) business units since early 2007.
Engagement Details:
- Business Need: The client has a 10 year contract to support all IT infrastructure and development for the Defense Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Office. The client’s information technology division required support in several skill sets for the project. DISYS consultants support the client in their efforts in the areas of helpdesk administration, windows administration, and cold fusion development.
- Project Objectives: Support the client by providing technical expertise, specifically in the areas of helpdesk and systems administration, java development, systems analysis and network security.
- Solution Approach: DISYS was able to provide DOD Top Secret/SCI cleared consultants with the required skills so that the client did not have to wait for consultants to become clearable to this level.
