Job Summary: Primary responsibilities include supporting the day- to-day operations of several modules of the Oracle 11i E-Business Suite Financial Modules. Includes working very closely with end users by being the functional area expert for the company's Oracle 11i Applications.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for the Oracle 11i Financials and Business Suite (See list below)
- Manage Technical Assistance Request (TAR's) with Oracle's Outsourcing Support and Service Delivery Manager to resolution including escalation while retaining ownership of the issues.
- Lead ongoing development of the Oracle Applications by utilizing functionality to improve business processes. Includes the upgrade of current modules and implementation of new modules as required.
- Consult with end-users to analyze and understand needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements. Provide end-user instruction and support to resolve application issues.
- Advise on new solutions for enterprise business applications integration and functionality activation. Understand the impact of process changes and be able to guide process definitions accordingly.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes and quality assurance testing. Lead functional acceptance testing of patches and upgrades. Train and document processes.
- Coordinate user accounts for the 11i applications including security, Oracle responsibilities, workflow approvals and system privileges. Includes set up and support of Oracle designated printers.

Senior SAN and UNIX Systems Adminstrator
Education:

General Duties of the Position:
Senior distributed operating systems/ storage engineer with at least nine years of professional experience capable of independent administration of SAN infrastructure. This job requires a mixture of architecture, engineering, and support for both storage and UNIX technology. Qualified candidates will have worked in both a UNIX and storage (SAN, NAS) support role, and have highly developed troubleshooting and analytical skills.
This position will be responsible for developing, configuring, installing, and maintaining AIX/Solaris server hardware and Operating Systems in a mixed environment. The position requires a high level of technical abilities to support corporate data center and engineering initiatives. In a fast paced global environment the Systems Administrator will participate in company wide projects by assisting in the project plans, documentation, and execution of project tasks. Will provide support for engineering development environments including licensing, version control and tools. Will provide primary AIX/Solaris support and be responsible for all daily system maintenance tasks.
SAN Engineering/Administration (35%):
- SAN Switch configuration and upgrades (Cisco).
- Must possess practical skills required for configuration and management of enterprise-class disk arrays, particularly EMC’s Clariion.
- EMC Clariion devices (currently Clariion arrays: CX700, and CX3-80).
- Zoning and masking.
- Should be able to discuss and perform the steps needed to present provisioned space to a host, and when and how it can be done "hot" (without reboot).
- Must be adept at identifying and eliminating performance bottlenecks and making performance-related recommendations [hardware, software, and configuration].

Solaris Administration (40%):
The following is Sun-Solaris centric, however, the best fit for the team is someone who is also AIX oriented. We're 90 percent Solaris, but AIX use is expanding. Strong AIX skills may substitute for Sun Solaris if the candidate is well qualified in other areas.
- Familiarity with Sun hardware is a must. At a minimum, the individual should be at ease installing new servers, adding or removing disks, PCI cards, and memory.
- In depth knowledge of Veritas Volume manager is a must.
- SUN Cluster and/or Veritas Cluster required.
- All aspects of Solaris builds, upgrades, hot disk replacement, jumpstart, including up through Solaris 10. Should have experience building x86 Solaris servers in addition to SPARC.
- Performance tuning.
- Previous experience with clustering, failover/recovery and load balancing strategies is required.
- Experience with Tomcat Application Server desired
AIX Administration (25%):
- Familiarity with IBM pSeries hardware is a must. At a minimum, the individual should be at ease installing new servers, adding or removing disks, PCI cards and memory.
- Expertise in AIX Volume Management (LVM) and integration with enterprise storage.
- Previous experience with HACMP clustering, failover/recovery and load balancing strategies is required.
- All aspects of AIX builds utilizing NIM, upgrades, hot disk replacement, including 5.1 up through version 5.3.

In this fast paced environment the Systems Administrator will participate in companywide projects by assisting in the project plans, documentation, and execution of project tasks. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and administer Solaris and AIX servers.

Advaned Cisco Engineer
This is a hands-on Cisco router expert role working within a large enterprise-wide WAN environment where one must have a complete knowledge and understanding of the entire WAN. A hands-on and written test will be administered prior to forwarding any offers thus the successful applicant will have to prove their Cisco knowledge up front.
Primary Responsibilities
